Cristóbal Espinosa is a partner and CEO of the real estate area of Bridge Ventures Group, with a consolidated trajectory of over 25 years, dedicated to building, developing, investing, and managing real estate assets in Chile, with experience in international investments. His main differential value is his developed real estate criteria, participating in residential, commercial, and industrial projects, both his own and in partnership with third parties.
Today, from Bridge Real Estate, he promotes a model that combines the role of developer and investor, inviting participation in selected projects with criteria, transparency, and close management.
